Julia Grubbs - Vice President

This will be my 2nd year on the Board, and first year as Vice President! Historically, I worked in mental health then education, but for the last few years I've worked in tech as a Solutions Consultant. My newest role is at Dscout based out of Chicago, which I am loving already! Working in tech has left space for me to give back to the Racine community in different ways - something I deeply missed after several years teaching for RUSD! I am so grateful for the honor of being part of the Board. I help out anywhere I am able: Events, social media presence, planning, and anywhere else I can lend a hand! I am incredibly excited for deeper community partnerships and continued growth in 2026!
