Amelia Fahnrich - President

I serve as Board President of The Inclusive Bean and am proud to be the founder of this organization. With a background in special education and nonprofit leadership, I’ve seen firsthand how often individuals with disabilities are overlooked in the workforce. I started The Inclusive Bean to help change that by creating a space where people are valued for their strengths and given real opportunities to succeed. I am incredibly grateful for the board members who serve alongside me and generously give their time and energy to this mission. I was born and raised in Racine, and it means a great deal to me to do this work in the community that shaped me. I’m excited for the year ahead and the impact we will continue to make together.
