Have 4 hours or more a week to give?
The Inclusive Bean is seeking passionate, dependable volunteers to join our Volunteer Program.
Volunteers will be:
Paired 1:1 with a trainee to work a 4-hour shift in our non-profit coffee shop
Coaching our trainees to complete tasks like greeting customers, making change, and cleaning
Supporting our mission to help trainees build life skills and gaining independence
Ideal volunteers will have:
At least 4 hours/week to volunteer in our coffee shop in Racine, WI
A passion for coaching
Experience working with people with disabilities
Steps to join the Volunteer Program:
Complete the Volunteer Program Application Form
Complete a background check (when requested after applying)
Attend one of the following in-person required training session with our Founder, Amelia:
Saturday, January 31st from 9-11 am
Saturday, April 25th from 9-11 am
Saturday, July 25th from 9-11 am
Saturday, October 24th from 9-11 am
Pay $25 for your background check + volunteer T-shirt
