Megan Salinas - Secretary

I previously served on the Board of Directors for The Inclusive Bean and am honored to continue my service as Board Secretary. I hold an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Parkside and work as a Senior Manager of Brand Marketing at Andis Company, where I lead brand strategy and growth initiatives. I’m passionate about building inclusive spaces where individuals of all abilities feel seen, valued, and supported. Being part of The Inclusive Bean allows me to combine my professional experience with my personal commitment to helping others grow in confidence and independence. I am passionate about helping turn big dreams into actionable plans, supporting fundraising and grant efforts, and building sustainable strategies that allow the organization to grow and serve our community.
